ManagerLogic
About

We spent a decade
watching good people
format documents.

The same pattern, everywhere. Fintech rollouts. SaaS onboardings. Data migrations. Regional expansions. The most valuable person on the team — the Implementation Manager — loses 15 to 20 hours a week to documentation: minutes, status reports, executive summaries, RAID logs.

Nobody likes the docs. The PMs hate writing them. The execs skim them. The clients file them. And yet every team has a person whose literal calendar is built around producing them on time.

AI got good enough. Not good enough to replace the PM — nothing replaces an IM who knows their client and understands their delivery chain. But good enough to do the formatting. To read a transcript. To pattern-match against a template. To produce a first draft that, 80% of the time, is the shipping draft.

The bottleneck stopped being AI capability. It became context engineering — feeding the model the right project history, the right methodology, the right template, in the right order. That's what we built. The AI is the rendering layer. Your work is the source of truth.

We're a small team. We're shipping fast. We read every support email. And we still believe the best software feels inevitable in hindsight.
