Do I have to be on a team to use this?+

No. The Personal tier is for solo PMs, freelance consultants, and independent delivery leads — one project free, $19/mo for unlimited. No procurement process, no sales call. You can start in the next ten minutes.

What happens when I hire a second PM?+

You upgrade to Team. Your workspace, projects, KB, and templates come with you — no reimporting. Invite the new PM from Settings.

Is there a free trial on Team?+

Yes — two weeks, no card. We don't want you to commit until it's genuinely paid for itself.

What happens if we cancel?+

You export all your data and walk. No hostage-taking. We are confident in the product, not the lock-in.

Why per-seat and not usage-based?+

Because "be careful what you use" is a terrible thing to tell a PM on a deadline.
