• Recorder by ML (meeting bot) is opt-in per organisation — admins enable it from Settings → Recording. Participants are notified by a visible bot in the participant list and a chat-window message at the start of each call. Audio is not retained; only transcripts. See our sub-processor list for the providers involved.
